ITB 2021 meets MIENAT – Methodology for interpreting European nature heritage

Die Internationale Tourismus-Börse (ITB) Berlin findet dieses Jahr in einer rein digitalen Ausgabe unter dem Namen ITB Berlin NOW statt.

Auch die Fachhochschule des Mittelstands ist dieses Jahr wieder als Organisator und Veranstalter des Nachhaltigkeits-Forums, zusammen mit InfraCert Institute/GreenSign, auf der ITB Berlin vertreten.

Das ITB Nachhaltigkeits-Forum widmet sich der Verknüpfung von Nachhaltigkeitskonzepten in der Hotellerie mit dem Destinationsmanagement in der Stadt und auf dem Lande. Was gibt es für Herausforderungen in urbanen und ländlichen Destinationen sowie in verschiedenen Hotelkategorien und -produkten? 

Neben der FHM laden zudem die Prague University of Economics and Business, die University of Applied Science (FH Burgenland), Munster Technological University (MTU), Alexandru Ioan Cuza University und die Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) laden zu einem interessanten 4-Tages-Programm über “Nachhaltigkeit, Naturerbe und Tourismus“ ein.

Zu den Highlights gehören unter anderem ein Science Slam mit Studierenden der FHM, eine Podiumsdiskussion zum Trendthema Nachhaltigkeit in der Hotellerie und eine Diskussion zu „Green, clean and safe“ Konzepten im Tourismus.
